Like most people, I find that sometimes, life gets busy between setting too many daily goals and balancing family demands – work and household responsibilities.
My heart tells me to slow down and enjoy each day, but I’ll be the first to admit that it’s easy to get wrapped up in to-do lists and forget to enjoy all the little moments along the way.

Chocolate Almond Apple Oatmeal Protein Shake

EQUIPMENT
- Blender
INGREDIENTS
- 4-5 ice cubes
- ½ medium Granny Smith Apple
- 10 ounces unsweetened Almond Milk
- ½ packet gluten-free instant Oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons Almond Butter
- 1 scoop gluten-free Vanilla Protein Powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Pulse four to five times, then blend on high until smooth.
- Serve immediately in a tall glass. Enjoy!
