start with the macaroni

This macaroni and cheese is a dish that’s super simple to make.

Cook Time: 20 Min

Ingredients

1-1/2 cups gluten-free Elbow Macaroni 2-1/2 tablespoons butter 2 cups Colby cheese, grated Salt and Pepper 1 cup Half-n-Half Gluten-free Seasoned Salt

Add the butter to the noodles, black pepper, and salt, stirring lightly to combine.

Step 1

Add half of the macaroni mixture to the prepared baking dish or pan.

Step 2

Pour in the Half-n-Half.

Step 3

Cover the macaroni layer with half of the grated Colby cheese.

Step 4

Repeat with more macaroni, cover with more cheese, and sprinkle seasoned salt over the top.

Step 5

350°F oven for 20-25 minutes

Bake until the cheese is lightly browned and bubbly around the edges and everything is melty.
