G-Free Healthy Eating & Meal Planning Consultations
Gluten-free healthy eating and meal planning consultations can be scheduled on a one-on-one with you or can include your family members (at no additional cost). Consultations are custom designed to suit your specific interests and dietary needs.
Your one-on-one learning session is a two-hour intensive discussion where the main topic is YOU, YOUR DIET & YOUR HEALTH!
During our time together, we will discuss the pathway to you living your best gluten-free lifestyle, planning your healthy eating, diet, tips, and knowledge you can implement immediately to eat and enjoy the foods you love.
I’ll work one-on-one with you to provide guidance and tips to help you in your journey with celiac disease, gluten intolerance or sensitivity, focusing on your digestion issues, gut health, detoxification, mental wellness, nutrition, moving your body and more.
We’ll cover topics like regulating your blood-sugar, maintaining a healthy gut, weight or other issues related to autoimmune disorders, gluten sensitivity and eating a gluten-free diet.
This is what I do best, and a topic that I have learned lived and studied for the past 10+ years.
I am providing you with practical knowledge and encouragement about gluten-free baking and cooking, eating gluten-free both at home and away, reading nutrition labels, shopping, traveling and living your best gluten-free life when the need to follow it is determined.
Please know that I am not a doctor or a dietician, and I will not try to diagnose celiac disease, any gluten intolerance, auto-immune, health, or inflammatory disorder you may be looking to confirm. Meal Plans to Help You Succeed
If desired, personalized weekly meal-plans are available (Meal-planning service is an additional cost.). Plans include healthy tested recipes scaled to the perfect serving size and serving quantity that you need. And, you’ll get a grocery list for making shopping trips easy-peasy.
Save time and money! Cook once, and use leftovers on your plan later in the week. Don’t worry, the grocery list you’ll receive won’t include too much. You’ll never buy more than what you need when following the shopping list.
Side dishes can be added to your plan to go alongside any main dish. Whether you want to have a smoothie with breakfast or some extra protein after your workout, adding sides to your plan can be super helpful.
Your plan is flexible. Start any day of the week, and for any amount of weekly days that you require for your lifestyle schedule.
Each meal plan is personalized, especially for you and includes:
- 100% original recipes that have been developed, tested and photographed.
- All recipes include nutrition info. If you’re interested in calories, macros and more, I’ve got you covered.
- Easily add side dishes, and adjust portion sizes to create the perfect amount of food for you.
- Each balanced meal plan tailored to you comes in a printer-friendly eBooklet complete with all the recipes, your grocery lists, any special instructions, nutrition information, prep guides and personalized plan information to set you up for success. Need a hard copy? Print copies of your plan can be delivered for a nominal fee.

An open and honest conversation call with me is $158 for 2-Hours (Minimum charge, beyond two hours is billed at a discounted rate of $56/per Hour) Sessions via ZOOM video conference, or in Wisconsin within a 50-Mile radius of Fond du Lac, scheduled in-person by appointment.* Locations outside a 50-Mile radius of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin will include travel expenses billed at cost.
*Payment is expected when booking this service. Major credit cards and Paypal payments are accepted.
The option to schedule additional consultation sessions is at a 20% discounted price of $126 for 2-Hours.
We can cover a lot of information in two hours – and I’m 100-percent confident that you will have a better understanding of food, nutrition labeling, gluten, gut health and more.

A 3-Day basic personalized meal plan starts at $19 and includes three meals and two snacks each day. Servings can be adjusted to include enough for one just person or servings enough for an entire family at no extra charge.
5-7 Day Plans range in price from $29-49 a week, and most never exceed $39 weekly, even after adding side dishes or extra snacks.
All plans are centered around your health and dietary needs.

That’s why it’s important to get to know you and your dietary needs first. If we leave out the beginning consultation, there is no way to personalize a meal plan for you.
