I’m the coach, creator, publisher, and voice behind GfreeDeliciously, a little slice of the internet where you’ll not only find recipes for tasty food that just happens to be gluten-free but inspiration, encouragement, and motivation for your journey to get healthy for life.
In this space, it is truly my greatest heart’s desire to help others find fulfillment and encouragement through a balance of healthy eating and simple wellness ideas for living life unrestricted. I always share fresh, flavorful, (mostly) healthy recipes that I love to make and eat in my real, actual, everyday life. If I wouldn’t eat it and feed it to my family in real life, I won’t put it on the blog. My goal is for you to be inspired to make easy, generally healthy meals, live life feeling nourished, and provide practical encouragement for enjoying an extraordinary life of passion, possibilities, and purpose where everything clicks!

I also share ideas and techniques from my personal experience of going gluten-free and doing it in a healthy holistic way. GfreeDeliciously is created to inspire you to make healthier choices to nourish and feed your body and soul, your life, and your family; by rewriting your relationship with food, all while enjoying your amazing, glorious journey!

GfreeDeliciously recipes are different than many other ‘healthy recipes.’ Every recipe is made from scratch with healthy, wholesome ingredients that highlight the food’s natural flavors! Most of the recipes on GfreeDeliciously are ‘clean eating,’ which means they are made with 100% whole food ingredients such as fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, and healthy fats, limiting highly processed foods, sweets, and other packaged ingredients.
All the recipes you’ll find here are also gluten-free. And, most are sugar-free, abundant in protein, fiber, and wholesome nutrients. Every recipe also lists the nutritional information, including serving size, calories, carbohydrate, sugar, fat, and protein contents for each serving.
The inspirational messages on this site are brought about and written from my life’s experiences and inspired by my journal entries, which will range in topics from body image, the complexity of emotions and self-care, and embracing feelings to understanding and receiving God’s, great love. They provide real-life motivational energy that is meant to encourage, uplift, and inspire you!
These inspirational messages are simple and come straight from my heart and the Bible, focusing on one or two verses, which will allow you to walk away with a ‘bite-size’ tidbit of wisdom and the Word to chew on throughout the day.

At GfreeDeliciously, in my health coaching practice and through my affiliate associations, I have no greater passion than encouraging and teaching others how easy, simple and enjoyable it can be to learn how to cook at home and live a life healthy lifestyle.
I like to think that the recipes and wellness information shared here are simply a reflection of what we all care about; having wholesome, uncomplicated, and balanced healthy foods and strategies to nourish and support our optimal health. That’s why I desire to help every person live every day with passion, purpose, possibility, and freedom as they find nourishment for their body and soul.
I’m equally as passionate about giving back. And, because I truly believe that God has bigger plans for GfreeDeliciously and the coaching services that I offer – bigger plans than I could have ever imagined – one of the ways I’m able to give back is through two Personal Coaching Empowerment Scholarships awarded each year.
Each year I offer two “90-Day Amazing, Glorious Journey” scholarship journeys to people who light me up with their desire to transform their health and life or are involved day-to-day in the role of caring for a gluten-free loved one else who is!

Tech and one-on-one support is very personal to each visitor, customer, and client but is not available 24/7. I do sleep occasionally!
I try to be online and available to respond to emails for all of my waking hours (I’m in the Central Time Zone here in Wisconsin – same time zone as Chicago). I try to respond as quickly as I can, no matter where I am or what I’m doing (thank you, iPhone!), but response time may be slower in the evenings, on weekends, and during holidays.
